Kingsley Green could be best described as a circular street with a reasonably representative cross section of the indigenous population.

The vast majority of residents are normal decent people who mind they own business and do not interfere in the affairs of others but like any other street we have a mixture of people with a variety of opinions and prejudices.

Residents really only have one thing in common which is that they collectively pay a substantial monthly sum for the maintenance and upkeep of the site and are (in theory) entitled to equal rights of access to and usage of all common areas.

Definition of common areas.
All areas other than within individual dwellings.
All car parking spaces other than those specifically allocated to particular dwellings.
